The first 2013 Big Dawg qualifier will be held Feb. 1–2 at Los Morros, located just 30 minutes south of Santiago. The beautiful single-lake oasis is one of the top South American tournament sites, and owner Waldo Miranda and the Chilean Water Ski Federation welcome skiers from around the world to be part of this great event.
One ski school that is fairly new, and has a big name attached to it, is the T-Gas Ski School, in Winter Garden, Florida. It’s there where you can ski with the current world slalom champion, Thomas Depasperi, aka T-Gas.

It’s a good thing I love action photography as much as I do. A couple years ago, I planned the ultimate West Coast ski trip: the Diablo Shores Pro Am, three days of skiing at Radar Lake and the Malibu Pro.
