The base design of the Connelly V features six edge-to-edge, V-shaped steps, which are designed to decrease the amount of wetted surface area, reducing drag and increasing speed. The Connelly V also features a narrower tip, which sits deeper in the water, creating a more symmetric turn and less bounce across the wake. 2011 Connelly V slalom ski sizes: 65 in., 67 in., and 69 in.
