The new Super Carv is the next incarnation of Iconn's popular shaped skis (the Power Carv and Power Curv) and offers the added performance you may be looking for from a non-comp model. Though we hadn't skied it at press time, we noticed several impressive-looking features that vary a little from the already proven performance of its predecessors.
The Super Carv (available in 65.5-inch and 67.5-inch sizes) shows the most difference in the hourglass side-cuts, which help edge control in carving turns. Throw in a new rail design and 42-degree bevel and the Super Carv is obviously designed to do anything from run the slalom course to run a wild free-riding session.
