Shooting Oz

Two decades have passed since Thomas Gustafson’s Australian friends Grant and Andrew Barnett — whose parents built the man-made Lough Earn Lake near Woodford — invited him to live and ski in Australia for a summer. He passed on the offer, instead opting to work at Benzel’s Waterski School in Groveland, Florida, but he’s always wondered what it would have been like had he gone. A member of the Swedish World team in 1991 and 2001, Gustafson has gone on to become one of the world’s best water-sports photographers. In early March, he flew from his hometown of Stockholm, Sweden, to Melbourne and spent the next 20 days in Australia shooting Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, finally making good on what could have been.

I happened to find your site on bing while looking for bowling trick shots and tips. I found your site to be very informational, even though it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. Keep up the great work on the site and I’ll look forward to reading a lot more!
