Best of the Best: 2011 WATERSKI Awards

Male Jumper of the Year

What can you say about an athlete whose victories speak for themselves? From august 2010 to august 2011, FREDDY KRUEGER found himself on the top podium in seven of the 10 jump events. The 10-time masters champ, five-time world champ and current world-record holder (247 feet) has had an unsurpassed work ethic over the course of his 16-year pro career, and he’s taught himself to accept nothing short of victory. What’s amazing is that the 36-year-old all-star has done it relatively injury-free. The people’s champ, and the smiling face of his sport, Krueger is simply the greatest jumper of all time.
