Since September 2010 you’ve now run 39 1/2 off twenty-three times and counting. How much easier is the pass to run now?
I am on seven consecutive runs at 39 in tournaments! The pass is still hard, and like any pass it’s not a given. My new Goode ski is keeping the tip down on my offside better this year, and still has all the great aspects of what Goode skis are known for… the quickness and the forgiveness. The pass is easier than last year for me, but I feel that is due to a combination of taking more rips at the pass, having my Goode setup better and feeling more confident.
