Female Tricker of the Year
In July 2010, Clementine Lucine scored 9,100 points at a tournament in Recetto, Italy to set a new world record. But it was her performance at last September’s Alexis Pickos Open that really caught our eye and made her the standout for this year’s award. There, Lucine became the first woman to break the 10,000 point barrier with a score of 10,040. To accomplish this amazing feat, she analyzed her run and figured out where she could add tricks to boost her point total. With a history as a strong 3-event skier, winning the overall title at World’s in 2007 in Linz-Steyregg, Austria, Lucine has grown significantly as a tricker in recent years. This year, she won the World Cup stop in Mandura Bay, Australia, right after placing third at Moomba Masters.
