Toeside

Toeside rotational tricks are easier to pick up when compared to heelside tricks. Once you have the toeside 180 down, remember the rotation fundamentals and a 360 will be the result of natural progression.

1. Begin with a progressive approach at the wake with your head up, looking in the direction you're approaching. Approach with even weight on both feet and your handle down low.

2. Edge up and through the wake, generating maximum height and distance. Pull the handle to your lead hip, jumping before rotating.

3. Look at the horizon to keep your axis neutral. At the peak of the trick, begin to pull the handle to your rear hip to initiate rotation. Looking at the boat for as long as possible will help control your rotation.

4. Continue to pull the handle through the small of your back for the 360. Follow the tree line along the horizon while rotating to help you maintain your axis.

5. Look at the horizon in the direction your shoulders will be facing at the end of the trick. Looking at the shore will help stop your rotation for the 360.

6. Keep the handle orientated low to your hips to compensate for any error. Bend your knees as you land and ride toward the shoreline.
