* Aero Cosmetics has been awarded a patent for its Wash Wax All product (Photo A), the first water-based cleaner that works on either wet or dry surfaces. It can be used as a dry cleaner that waxes at the same time. Or, it can be sprayed on as you dry your just-washed boat, allowing you to wax in the same amount of time it takes you to dry. * Bilge water is anything but. It's more like oil-based sludge that just happens to be sitting in your bilge. And if you're not careful, you can drain it into the lake. The Sok, which absorbs on contact any oil or fuel that has leaked into the bilge of a boat, biodegrades the contaminant then biodegrades itself. The system then recommends a prescription (Photo C) based upon the environmental impact of the acids in the rain and bodies of water, fall-out, UV exposure and airborne salts in the zip code where the boat is most often used.
