Vonore, TN – In an effort to continually promote high quality customer service at MasterCraft dealerships, the world's leading inboard manufacturer is offering MasterCraft service repair centers up to 110% reimbursement of the retail shop labor rate for pre-approved warranty claims processed within 48 hours.
Under the current S.E.A.L. (Service Education Award Level) program, MasterCraft dealers with certified technicians and master technicians can
receive up to 100% of the retail shop labor rate for complying with all of the manufacturer's guidelines. But the addition of a new 110% level encourages them to perform the same quality service, faster than ever before.
''We want to reward our dealers for providing outstanding service and for striving to reach higher levels of customer satisfaction,'' said Mike Hankins, Director of Warranty and Technical Services.
To receive 110% reimbursement, dealers simply have to notify their MasterCraft technical services and warranty representatives for pre-approval and comply with the manufacturer's guidelines. This communication can be carried out over the phone or through MasterCraft's exclusive DealerLink network. Next, a MasterCraft representative will audit the service through customer contact and reward the dealer.
''The impact on the consumer will be extraordinary,'' said Hankins. ''This new level will further encourage dealers to repair a boat that they did not sell and assist owners who may be traveling or vacationing in a region away from home. It's a win-win situation.'' MasterCraft's new labor rate will be effective on February 1, 2002. ''Our service guys want to get everybody back on the water as fast as possible,'' said Grant Jowitt, Buckeye Marine, Ontario, Canada. ''This is great way to reward them for their efforts.''
