The Top 100 list honors Central Florida-based companies who are most committed to family-friendly policies.
In determining the 2009 Top 100 list, the Orlando Sentinel considered numerous factors, including benefits and options, organizational culture, employee rewards and family-specific programs. Judges, who were comprised of leading human resource professionals in the Central Florida area and Orlando Sentinel staff, then evaluated participating organizations’ responses.
