At Monday’s International Boat Builders’ Exhibition and Conference, Indmar was officially awarded the NMMA CSI Award for the fourth consecutive year in a row.
More than 600,000 surveys have been sent out to new boat and engine customers since the inception of the CSI program. The surveys allow participating manufacturers to monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis and to benchmark themselves against the industry and their competitors. The NMMA’s survey results confirm that Indmar takes pride in building marine engines for the long run.
