Check out this year’s poster for Footstock, taking place August 21 - 22 in Crandon, Wisconsin. The national championship of endurance barefooting, Footstock pits the world’s best pro and amateur barefooters in a head-to-head endurance battle over a grueling, rough-water course. Footstock is the largest barefoot event in the country, where more than 150 contestants, including world champion Keith St. Onge and South Africa’s Andre DeVillers, battle for a $7,000 prize. Last year, little-know amateur Ron Blouw came out of nowhere to beat Keith St. Onge in the biggest upset in the history of the event. For more information, contact Gary Mueller at garym@bvk.com.
