In 1987, the Shortline was introduced as a three-event boat with an emphasis on slalom. A decade later the Shortline is still building upon that original reputation. Wakes are friendly at longline and through the first few rope loops for both recreational skiers and slalom course skiing. Drivers will find tracking to be among the best in this class. Creature comforts and amenities are minimal on the Shortline. It's more of a workhorse for skiers who want to throw a slalom or two under the bow – which is accessed through the observer's seat back – and hit the lake for a good time.
New for '97: all-fiberglass construction; updated graphics.
