Four Winns designed the Horizon 240 to meet the needs of the upscale recreational boater who wants to spend the whole day on the water with the family skiing, riding or pleasure cruising. This luxurious wide-body vessel sports a roomy 102-inch beam with a forgiving variable deadrise hull, which provides incredible stability and solid-rough water riding characteristics.
Ample storage is expected in a roomy sport boat, but not this much. Floor and seat lockers hold gear for all of its 12-passenger capacity. At the helm of the 240 Horizon, the instrumentation is accented with an elegant Burlwood finish and the driver is equipped with tilt wheel steering, an adjustable captain’s chair and a Sony CD stereo with four speakers at the fingertips. Other notable features include an enclosed head with Porta Potti, a walk-through transom to the swim platform, and an insulated cooler with overboard drain. When you look at all of the convenient amenities that are included with the 240, it’s no wonder Four Winns is a leader in family recreation.
The Horizon 240’s wakes can be tuned with the trim to create nice ramps with better than average lips for recreational wakeboarding or mellowed out for a smooth slalom set with less of a wake than you might expect from an I/O. The Horizon 240 is a big-water family cruiser that provides fantastic recreational multi-sport compatibility.
