It’s all about the finer things with the 220 V. MB’s
classy 22-footer has all the construction refinements and
performance options of MB’s B-52 V wakeboard boat, but with a
more subdued, upscale look. The billet aluminum accents, logos and
speaker covers are easy on the eyes, and the wraparound plush
seating, courtesy lighting and Clarion Marine CD stereo system make
sure everyone is comfy and content. The throttle and driver’s
armrest are perfectly placed, and the tapered windshield design
allows for great back-and-forth between the skier/rider and driver.
Stretch out and enjoy the space, enough for 12 — time here
isn’t spent, it’s savored.

    Although recreational skiers can have
fun behind the 220 V, it’s definitely designed for the
wakeboarding family. With 1,600 pounds of water ballast standard,
there’s no need to lug the fat sacks around.

    And when it comes to room, the 220 V has
plenty of it—there are more than 10 separate storage areas
with twin lockable rear hatches that open to large storage areas on
either side of the engine. When closed, this rear storage avails
itself to sunbathers with its large deck area.

   New for 2003 are the hatch locks, the pylon
ring, standard water ballast pumps, slim-line pop-up cleats, new
dash hardware, stainless-steel logo molding cap, a 40 percent
larger ice chest and EZ mount swim step brackets.
