MasterCraft MariStar 230 2006

Boat Review
We could have cruised on the MasterCraft MariStar 230 ski and wakeboard boat all day. We were understandably excited because this was the first time we’d officially tested the revamped version, which added 3 inches of width to the beam. The MariStar 230 is especially roomy, yet has strong handling characteristics for a sub-23-foot ski and wakeboard boat. The style literally shines everywhere, from the hammered-metal accents on the stain-resistant vinyl seating to the scooped aluminum vent covers. What a ride.

Wakes
Recreational-level skiers and wakeboarders will have no problem on these defined wakes. If your riding skills advance, we recommend outfitting this boat like its sister , the MasterCraft X-30, with an optional tower and ballast system.

Handling
The revised hull of the MariStar 230 integrates additional deadrise, allowing the boat to slice through chop and stay stable in big bodies of water. Get it with the Saltwater Series package to really expand your range.

Comfort
Size matters, and this 230 has it without being supersized. With an interior that encourages you to stretch your legs, this boat can easily host a full contingent of family and friends and their gear.
