One test ride in or behind the MB Sports 190 Plus and you’ll quickly discover that this boat is all about high performance. Although it’s the lone hard-core direct-drive ski boat in the MB lineup, it still has a lot in common with its V-drive siblings, including comfortable seating, roomy storage compartments and touches of luxury throughout the interior.

Beginners and expert skiers alike will quickly fall in love with the silky soft wakes of the 190 Plus. From 15 off through shortline, skiers can charge aggressively at forgiving wakes that are so small, they’re pretty much nonexistent. The interior is not only remarkably spacious for its class size, it’s also extremely versatile. A filler cushion lets you switch from open bow to playpen, and a swing-out backrest converts the observer’s seat into a mini couch.
