Overview
It’s no wonder Sanger had to accommodate high demand for its V215 in 2005. The 21-foot V-drive combines the roomy interior of a bigger boat with the impressive handling of its smaller sibling, the V210. Outfitted with the stylish Wake Series package, which includes a ballast system and a tower, the V215 has a sleek design with the ability to churn up some nice wakes.
Wakes
The wakes behind the V215 will entertain aggressive recreational skiing, and will more than satisfy the advanced intermediate rider with the Wake Series 2 ballast system (1,000 pounds). Advanced riders will love the shape, but extra ballast is a must for technical moves.
Handling
As in the past, we were blown away by the handling and the proficiency of the V215′s turning ability. The tracking is also impressive, although it’s slightly sensitive to weight distribution.
Comfort
The nice thing about the V215 is that its nimble 96-inch
Beam: provides plenty of interior space without seeming oversized. The seating (especially the rear-facing seat behind the driver) was roomy and comfortable.
