Supra Sunsport 22V 2006

Overview
For families who want enough room for all their boards, skis and tubes, and the multisport capability of towing them all, Supra offers the Sunsport 22V. The midsize edition of Supra’s Sunsport line, the 22V provides a spacious interior with all of Supra’s signature touches, including stainless-steel accents throughout and stainless-steel cup holders, plus a few upgrades for 2006, such as a gunmetal windshield and billet steering wheel.

Wakes
Right out of the box, the 22V produces wakes with enough pop to keep the beginning to intermediate riders in your family stoked all day long. Advanced riders should opt for a tower and the three-bag Gravity ballast system to push their setups to near-pro level. With a little fine-tuning of the hydraulic wake plate, the 22V’s wakes are more than adequate for recreational skiing.

Handling
This boat has the feel and agility of a direct-drive in a V-drive configuration. The biggest boat in Supra’s line until last year, the 22V showed better acceleration than its 24-foot sibling, yet was still solid through double-ups and adverse conditions.

Comfort
This feature-heavy model is great for families. Whether you’re soaking up the sun in the open bow or pulling one of the kids’ tubes out of a storage compartment, you’ll feel right at home on board this boat.
