PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
It’s what you can’t see that makes the Mobius LSV such an impressive performer for its price. Last model year, Moomba’s engineers revamped this hull to make it not just longer and wider for the sake of passenger comfort, but they enhanced the drop-keel design as well. The boat digs into the water better to increase the volume of the wakes, then the hull sculpts the water as it shoots past the transom. That’s why wakeboarders see those long transitions that melt into the solid peaks. A shape like that makes it easier to get more air without the front of the board catching the top of the wake.

Adding more ballast and more passengers —– no problem since the LSV can squeeze on up to 13 people —– and then slowing down is the key to creating wake-surfing wakes.
