Calabria Pro V Team Air 2009

Boat Review

Core wakeboarders who want to really stand out know Calabria Boats goes to great lengths to ensure a truly custom look. For 2009, Calabria Boats unleashes the creativity of every new Calabria Pro V Team Air buyer to personally design their own unique gelcoat graphics — with unlimited possibilities. It makes this already outstanding rig, which throws a big and versatile wake carved by a ballast system that fills to 1,100 pounds in about a minute, even more attractive.

INSIDE THE BOAT

Drivers will dig the mix of brushed aluminum, big gauges and digital displays on the Calabria Pro V dash. To complement the custom graphics on the hull, Calabria offers a choice of six upholstery patterns, all in durable 32-ounce vinyl.

BEHIND THE BOAT

These gradually sloped ramps with slightly mellow peaks will appeal to advanced riders as much as recreational enthusiasts. You can really charge aggressively at this wake without being surprised. Beginner riders will want to shorten the rope slightly for easier wake-to-wake jumps due to the wider-than-average table. This is fun wakeboard boat to session.

  1. A MacKenzie says:

We like our boat. That said, Calabria has taken over 6 months (multiple calls and letters) to get me a standard letter necessary to allow me to register my trailer with my DMV. My dealer said they have had this trouble with three trailers and had to threaten legal action. Personally I'd avoid this company – at least if you want to be able to drive your trailer on the road.

  2. Terrific job here. I seriously enjoyed what you had to say. Keep going because you certainly bring a new voice to this topic. Not many people would say what youve said and still make it interesting. Nicely, at least Im interested. Cant wait to see additional of this from you.
